WT Orr & Partners QS is a Cookstown based Quantity Surveying Practice established in 1985. We pride ourselves in our diverse portfolio which includes projects in the residential, commercial, ecclesiastical, food industry and local government sectors.

The Practice has continued to grow and develop, building on its range of expertise and knowledge. Principal Clarke Faulkner graduated from the University of Ulster with a BSc. (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and became a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 2000. He has gained a wide range of experience having originally worked with a leading Belfast based Quantity Surveying Practice and some of Northern Ireland's largest property developers before joining WT Orr & Partners in 2009.
